Renaming a bunch of files from excel

Hi Guys

Wondering if you can help me. I've got a bunch of files in the format "First name Last name.pst"

I need to get them into the format of emails "[email protected]"

Obviously they all have different names, whats the best way around this? Should I get the list of email addresses into an excel file and then is there a way of pulling that into renamer and pointing it to each file?
