I can't even get it to install

When I pulled up the program today, I couldn't get past the "Need Help?" button. I clicked and clicked and clicked and nothing. No other features would work either. It was frozen.
So I uninstalled and reinstalled the latest version Now it's stuck on "select language". I click and click and click and nothing happens. Fix it please. |

oh and using the portable version didn't work either. Wouldn't go past the "need help?" button. click, click, click, nothing. |

You might be interested to know that I restarted my computer, and it solved the problem. So, all's well that ends well. |
