Merge Folders?

Is there any way to allow Advanced Renamer to essentially use the same name for multiple folder renames and the simply merge all duplicate folders?

I'm not sure exactly what you want to do. However if you select Batch mode: Move (instead of Rename) then all the renamed files will be moved into the selected Output folder.
