Extract Text content from PDF

Hello, I'm new to advanced renamer and like to know how can I retreive text from a PDF.
I test the advanced tag "file content" and gets a lot of graphical stuff, maybe i don't know to use it. I test the exiftool but only give the file tags not the actual text content.

Is there a way to do it using script? I don't know how to use it at all.

What i try to acheived is that I'd like to extract a name from a PDF file content in order to move the rename PDF to a new directory based on that name
