unable to start Advanced Renamer

Keep getting

an unhandled win32 exception occurred in ARRen.exe (15724) I am on windows 10 Enterprise.

Interestingly I even got similar message as soon as I went to www.advancedrenamer.com website (homepage) too.

Please help, have a licensed version but not able to run.


Interestingly I downloaded portable version of advanced_renamer_portable_3_84_1 and that is running. It is not just running the latest version (I tried both portable and installer version)
