How to add time from timestamp after filename?

I would like to add the time from timestamp after every file:
example: myfilename_14-31 14=hours (24 hours) 31=minutes Does anyone know how to do this? |

Sorry That would be faster than the time it took me to create an account and write a message, only I didn't associate 'tag' with timestamp. I've bought the software years ago, never had a question. I've seen the user guide many times. Please accept that there are also people who know the user guide less well than you do. |
