Order by track #, then add number to track title

I have old audio clips with the complete name, title, track #, album title, etc.
I have arranged the tracks in their orginal track # formation.
NOW, I want to add that track number to the filename.

Basically, add 2 digits before the file name based on the current order of the the tracks as I've organized them (numerically, based on orginal track #)

Make sense?
