Hi all -
Love the tool. I am using the tool to rename images, however I have come across a issue were I need to rename the images as follows I have a master image then say 2 or 3 images that link to the master image. So for example this how i need to rename the images. 1.jpg 1_1.jpg 1_2.jpg 1_3.jpg 2.jpg 2_1.jpg 2_2.jpg 3.jpg 2_1.jpg etc... The purpose is to bulk upload the images on my hobby website and then I can link all the images with the first number the same to a description. *Most of the time their will be 4 images per 1 description but it can vary once in a while. The purpose is to bulk upload the images on my hobby website and then I can link all the images with the first number the same to a description. is this samething I can do with advancedrenamer built-in remaning methonds or so I need to build a javascript to do this? Thanks in advance. Rich |

This sort of thing is usually not possible with Advanced Renamers regular methods. But if you tell me the files original names I will try to find a solution for you. And if I don't find one with the regular methods I can create a small piece of javascript for you. |

Kim, the images usually start life with a name of IMG_4567.jpg, IMG_4568.jpg, etc... really just random names, so set names. Thanks, Rich |

Alright, so there is no way to extract the numbering from the original filename. So the first file has to be called 1.jpg and the next 1_1.jpg, how many files are there in each set? The number of files in each set must be a constant value. |
