I would like to know if it is possible to remove characters from a file name and change some.
Eg: "Calvin Harris - Sweet Nothing (feat. Florence Welch) - 02 - Calvin Harris - Sweet Nothing (feat. Florence Welch) [Tiesto Remix]" or "Calvin Harris - Sweet Nothing (feat. Florence Welch) - 02 - Calvin Harris - Sweet Nothing (feat. Florence Welch) (Tiesto Remix)" change to... "Calvin Harris - Sweet Nothing feat. Florence Welch - 02 - Calvin Harris - Sweet Nothing feat. Florence Welch «Tiesto Remix»" plus with the "(feat. Florence Welch)" part of the name, be able to create an expression for different artists eg. "(feat. *)" to "feat. *" and version eg. [Tiesto Remix] or (Tiesto Remix) to detect [* Remix] [* Mix] [* Version] [* Edit] [* Dub] [* Cut] or (* Remix) (* Mix) (* Version) (* Edit) (* Dub) (* Cut). |

You can do this by using the replace method: http://www.advancedrenamer.com/user_guide/metho d_replace You might need to use more than one replace method at the same time. |
