Hi there,
I have lots of pdf's converted to tifs but they are numbered (1), (2), (3)..... (20)... (100) etc The software i use (Paperport and Acrobat) do not recongise single or double digits, only triple ones (eg 003) So when I try to collate them the get numbered 10, 11, 12, 13.....19, 2, 20, ......29, 3, 30, 31 and so on. Is there any way I can replace the single and double digits by adding zero's in front of them? I have had lots of experiments with advancedrenamer, but a solution still eludes me. Please can you help? Tony |

Hi Tony, if all your file numbers are in order from 1 to 100 (without gaps) you could just remove the old numbering and add a new one. But Advanced Renamer helps you here, see the Renumber method http://www.advancedrenamer.com/user_guide/metho d_renumber Number position : 1 Change to: Absolute number New number : 1 Skip : 1 Zero padding : Manual Number Length : 3 Apply to : Name . |
