Excellent Renamer. Thank you very much.

Using Advanced Renamer v. 3.57.

When a video file is over 2 GB the Video Duration Tag doesn't get the duration time.

My drive is formatted in NTFS (Windows Vista) so I have many files over the FAT32 2 GB limit.

Is this fixable?

Thanks,

Bill

What type of file is this? Advanced Renamer uses the external library MediaInfo to get the video duration from the file. I suspect that because the library is running in 32bit mode the maximum file size is limited. Do you know if you are running 32bit or 64bit Windows? Unfortunately I don't have such large video files so I am not able to test it right now.

These are MJPG (Motion JPEG) as per GSPOT in an AVI container and were taken with my Emerson Action Cam.

All videos from this camera that are under 2GB will get the duration reported correctly in Advanced Renamer but those over 2GB will not. In the Error column it reports "No video information found".

BTW, FAT32 file size limitation is 4GB, so this shouldn't have any effect on a 2GB file.

My computer has Vista Home Premium 32 bit installed.

If you need anything else just let me know.

Thanks,

Bill
