I've no knowledge of Quicktime tags - however you can easily use a script to adjust timezones. See my reply to an earlier question: https://www.advancedrenamer.com/forum_thread?for um_id=13251

I need to find the correct time and timezone for the photo. Quicktime:CreateDate is always UTC
EXIF:CreateDate is local and the timezone is typically missing.

Unfortunately, exiftoolvalue() does not allow you to specify or reveal the group when you ask for CreateDate so that result cannot be trusted. If I could use exiftoolvalue() in renamer with QuickTime:CreateDate as you can in exiftool then that would be great. However, renamer does not allow that. I am asking how to avoid returning EXIF:CreateDate if present and only return QuickTime:CreateDate.
