Context menu shows up every time the space bar is pressed

Hi!

I just bought an Aspire E 14 with Windows 8.1 as the OS. The problem is that every time I press spacebar the context (right-click) menu shows up. Sure, it provides space but the context menu also comes up right after. I'm sure I'm not the only one who has this problem because I tried to seek help from other forums but found no answers.

I hope someone here can finally tell me what to do with it.
