Delta date and time

I have dat files' names as follows:

Site_123.Data_YYYY_MM_DD_HHMM.dat

I would like to add 30 minutes on the timestamp of each file name.

So, I set the files applied to created date and time and added 30 minutes for Delta date and time. But the created dates do not change when I ran the batch.

May I know how should I get it work? Thanks!
