Can you add <<special>> method in substitute
subcategory?

umlaut char's substitute method,

which substitute each language specific char from French, German, Italian, Brazil e.t.c.
for their close relative character in English?

this renaimed file names are later good for auto-creation bat's for playlists.
For example batch file on the path directory - mkpl.bat
with the code inside inside, -

If there is some char's other than in ordinary English in filenames these songs is not
later playable in MS player when the list is called from ms-explorer.
