Possible to change date tag by +/_ hour ?

Hello

I have two sets of photos taken during the same day on holiday from two different cameras. I want to rename them all by date and time to put both sets together in the order they were taken. The problem is one camera's date was our by 1 hour. Is it possible to batch change the date modified tag to add 1 hour to each for this set ?
