Hi.
I added this replay to a previous topic last week, but there were no replies - it was an old topic (maybe no-one saw it) so I thought I'd better put it up as a separate topic.... Maybe I'm missing something, but I have 3.72/windows 10 and this issue appears to still be happening to me. I have a bunch of photos to rename and when I add the Collision Rule (append incrementing number) it works - except that it doesn't put any of the original name in - it ONLY puts the appended incremental number. 2015_05_28_09-52-15-60_NIKON D3300 and then ___--_00__014 Any suggestions about what I may be doing wrong? Thanks Bryonie |

Ok, I'm really confused now.
Earlier today my Advanced Renamer said I needed to update it (although I only downloaded it a couple of weeks ago). I downloaded and installed the update - and lo and behold my collision Rule problem was no longer there. Unfortunately, something has changed and for the life of me I can't figure out what it is. It's gone back to the way it was before (see first post) and it even LOOKS different. When I did the update, the fonts changed and it looked very different. Now it's gone back to the way it was originally. How is this possible? And what stupid thing am I doing to make it happen?!? Please help - I really love the versatility of this program but this is a real deal breaker for me. Bry |
