Command line automation - move to new folder based on tag name not working

Hi Kim, congratulations to this great tool you created! It is really a pretty perfect piece of software for many people.

I am currently struggeling to get a batch file working which should rename and move photos based on EXIF data. Renaming works fine but I want the photos to be moved in a new folder which name is also based on EXIF data.

-m move -d C:\AR-export-photo\<ExifTool:mytag>

Unfortunately the batch runs into an error here. Any advice for me?
