Adding Filename info into Exif/Meta tags

I am trying to take my filename (jpg) and insert it into the Exif information.

Is that possible? I can't seem to do that?

My file name is like;

Dog1_Canada_img123_Ontario_fun.jpg

Only way to do that would be outside AR. Something like a python script that uses exiftool for exif writing could actually do it, but it's custom software. Could write you one if it's really needed.

I don't know if there is any automated exif writer, anybody?
