Using the new name method

Hi

I was wondering can Advanced Renamer had a function of saying you dont want anything between [] brackers and the brackers.

For example

Orginal file name -
london - 1 [jdfeh939hf3e]
london - 2 [cieu783b3]

changed file name

london - 1 -
london - 2 -

if this is possible can someone explain to me how to do this please

I would recommend to use the Replace method : http://www.advancedrenamer.com/docs/docs_show.p hp?ident=method_replace

Configure it like this:
Test to be replaced [*]
Replace with:
Case sensitive: unchecked
Use regular expresions: unchecked

What it will do is replace the brackets and everyhing in between with nothing.
