access MTP files

I'm trying to access pictures on my internal phone memory (Android), through the MTP or PTP protocol. the images display but when I try to select an image and add it to the list, I receive the error "image cannot be found".
do you have any way to allow images on an android device to be listed in the application? |

Try copying all the pics to your computer first and after the renaming, delete the files on your phone and transfer the newly renamed ones again |
