Restart numbering when image day changes

To the best of my knowledge this code
<IMG Year>-<IMG Month>-<IMG Day> (<Inc Nr:1>)
changes the file name to the image date, as well as incrementally number each image starting at 001.

I would like to change the image date and incrementally number each file on a given date but restart the numbering when the day changes. e.g.
2017-1-13 (01)
2017-1-13 (02)
2017-1-13 (03)
2017-1-14 (01)
2017-1-14 (02)
2017-1-15 (01)
2017-1-15 (02)
2017-1-15 (03)

Any helpful feedback would be appreciated.

You might be able to use the name collision rules to add numbers when more files get the same name:
https://www.advancedrenamer.com/user_guide/name_ collision_rules

If you can use it not depends on the actual use case.
