Search Folder with REGEX

I'm using "Regular expression macth" to find files with incompatible caracters with OneDrive.
Well - how can I use this features with FOLDERS?

I'm trying to upload more than 800GB (hundreds of folders) that have a lot of folders with incompatible names....
[\\/:*?\"<,>|#%?•?;́]
