New Created Date column not displaying

Once I've added files to Advanced Renamer's main window I can display columns for New Modified Date and New Accessed Date but even though I've made sure New Created Date is ticked in 'Customize Columns' it is not displaying. I'm running version 3.80 but this was also the case in the previous version I was running. Is there something else I need to do to display this column?
