Batch translation - translate folder and file names from Chinese to English

My translation team (https://www.actranslation.com/chinese/translator .htm) got a number of folders each containing multiple sub-folders and files. All folder and file names are in Chinese. I want to translate to English but the only way I can find so far is by individual character. This will take us forever to do so. Just wondering is there a way to choose a main folder and simply say translate anything Chinese in here to English?
Yes I remember a user used to have the same scenario but his/her issue was not solved...? |

How should that work? There is no 1:1 relationship between different languages, there are always different meanings of words.
