renaming depending on the length

Hello
is it possible to rename files like this : 0100-0-MISE_EN_OEUVRE------------------------------------------.odb 0200-0-RESEAU_SECURITE--------.odb 0400-0-CONFIGURATIONS-----------------------.odb to 0100-0-MISE_EN_OEUVRE------------------------------------------.odb 0200-0-RESEAU_SECURITE-----------------------------------------.odb 0400-0-CONFIGURATIONS------------------------------------------.odb and choosing the length ? I know it's not common, even perhaps not possible ! thanks for reply Monk |

it's ok, i managed to do what i want using 2 methods : 1-Add Add : a lot of "----- Index : 0 Backwards : selected 2-Remove Remove count : 70 (necessary to check...) Starting at : 80 (so the lenght will be of 80 caracters but the wide of a caracter can differ...) that's all !!! |
