Setting file DATE from filename and TIME manually

I have a number of videos, each with a date reference in their filenames.

I have been modifying the CREATED/MODIFIED/ACCESSED date by setting these fields from the filename.

But I've been using another app to set the TIMES to 12:00:00 (simply to make sorting by date/time easier.

I can't find a way to set the TIME alone in AR (using 3.82).

I use the Timestamp method for changing the file dates:
-Filename Pattern
-[<Year>-<Month>-<Day>]
but I want to manually set the time 12:00:00 onto these fields.

Any thoughts?
