Import csv and Change Name of files

Dear Friends

Software: Advanced Renamer 3.82

I'm new with this Software, I view intersting Advanced Renamer.

I would like to rename the files into folder, for example 100 files.
I have the list of names in excel and new names in other column.

I read the guide about "cvs import." and I don´t understand , How to write new names in .csv?

Have you an example?

Column for original filename / Column for new filename
The column index of the original file names and the new filenames.
