Batch copy single file to multiple files

Greetings,
I have a file, 0.txt, which I want to copy multiple times with incremental numbers, for example, 'copy 0.txt 0-1.txt' then 'copy 0.txt 0-2.txt' and so on ..
Is there a way in aren to set it to repeat the copy 100 times for example?
