Please help! Can't add cr2 or dng files!

Hello, I've ran into an issue where if I add or drag any cr2 or dng raw files to Advanced Renamer, I get two error message windows saying "Invalid floating point operation" and "List index out of bounds (0)". I have the latest version (3.82) on a Windows 7 machine. I recently got back into photography, but I remember being able to work with these image types with AR in the past. I've tried uninstalling, reinstalling, rebooting, and I've tried using older versions above 3xx, all with no luck. I've also tried enabling "Don't analyze image metadata" in the settings, thinking it might have an issue with raw metadata, which is a no go too. Has anyone had this issue before, or know what's going on? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
