Invalid Character After New Case Function

I have files which includes turkish characters. When i set them to uppercase or lowercase, it changes to different character. For example, "i" changes to "ı" while it should be "İ". I think it is because of Advance Renamer 3.82 (AR) uses English to change letters. Is there way to change the language setting of it?
