ID3 tags not registering #2

Have same issue as Summer's posting
I'm trying to rename mp3 and mp4 files but the Album and Title names do not show in your app, but windows shows them. Is there a bug? Thanks, Jeff |

My best guess is that the files are not MP3 or MP4 files. They might be some other type of files, like WMV, named incorrectly as MP3 or MP4 files. I can't say if it is true, it is just a guess. |
