rename picture files to name in a table

I have pictures with filenames for importing into one database. Now I have to import them into a different database, but those picture filenames don't map to any fields in the data base. So, I have a table that has the old file name in column 1 and the new file name in column 2. How do I get these picture files renamed using that list of two columns? Thanks!
