Copying files to target folders by matching file and folder names

i have a list of files and i want to copy them in multiple folders.
can i do this copying by matching file name to target folders name?( matching exactly or partly)
for example if my files are:
helloWorld.txt
information.txt
usefulcomment.txt

then can i copy them to this folders ? :
hello
form
useful
