I wanted to feature request the option to add CRC32 checksum of the file to the filename in AdvancedRenamer.
It's a awesome renamer app, the most customizable i found when looking for a good renamer. I only miss the feature to add CRC32 checksum fo the file to the filename. And if you decide to follow up on my request, i wouldn't mind if the CRC32 calculations was SSE4.2 optimized ;) (Intel has some .h files with the function already coded so you don't have to do the assembly yourself: http://software.intel.com/sites/products/docume ntation/hpc/composerxe/en-us/2011Update/ cpp/win/intref_cls/common/intref_sse42_A TA.htm ) |

I was actually thinking about adding this feature once but I was unsure if it would ever get used by anyone. Now that you request it, I know that at least one user will use it :-). The next release will probably only contain various fixes, but I will try to include this feature in the release after that. |

Glad to hear that :) I'm sure there will be more people using it once you announce the feature in the changelog/news. |

Hi, i saw you added <MD5>, <SHA1>, and <SHA256> for ver 3.53, any chance we could also get CRC32 checksums? |
