How to remove the zero in front of the number ?

Who can tell me how to remove the zero in front of the number in the filename with advancedrenamer? For example, 0001.tif => 1.tif, 0010.tif =>10.tif.

Renumber Method:

Number Position : If all your filenames are numeric only, leave it at "1".
Change to : Relative...
Number Diff : 0
Zero Padding : Manual
Number Length : 1
Apply to : Name
