Advanced Renamer Keeps Shutting Down

Hey All ...

Does anyone have any idea after why I did the latest update ... AR keeps shutting down ... I uninstalled ... Restarted PC ... reinstalled the 'older' version ... & still having no luck ... ALL help appreciated ... TIA
