Can't Renumber

Been using on Windows for a while and works great. Just downloaded on Apple and it can't renumber. I don't see a reason why it shouldn't

Have you tried changing skip=0 to skip=1?
EDIT: I have seen that in your screenshot you have "auto test" unchecked. It may not be showing the result.
