Change folder timestamp with unicode characters is bad
Hello,
In version 4.19, when I try to change the timestamp of multiple folders, I get an error message for those folders that contain unicode characters. Error message: unknown error could, not change open path.
This error has been present since version 4.17.
In version 4.16, this feature works fine (there is a problem with daylight saving time, but it is not important). If it's important, I'm using Windows 11 in Hungarian, but I also tried it in an English environment, and it doesn't work there either.
Can anyone confirm this?

Confirmed. But I couldn't get to work with ANY folders, Unicode or not.
Used:
o- Rename folders mode
o- Timestamp method
o- Tried: "Now", "Relative date and time", and "Accessed date and time".
o- It didn't matter what I had "Apply to:" set to as long as at least 1 of the three was checked.
