CSV: Problem with same filenames, different extensions

Hi,
I have problems using a csv file to rename my files when there are files with same filenames but different extensions.
e.g. this correct csv-file:

Old filename;New filename
123456.edrw;NEW_123456.edrw
123456.SLDDRW;NEW_123456.SLDDRW
390041.edrw;NEW_390041.edrw
390041.eprt;NEW_390041.eprt
390041.TIF;NEW_390041.TIF

leads to this incorrect result:

I have no Idea what to do!
Turn off Pair Renaming
