Folder Duplication
When I run the folder rename, I get two folders. 1. The new folder with the new name, and 2. The old folder without any files in it.
How can I get the program to run without duplicating the original folder?

How on earth can you expect anyone to help unless you explain what you are trying to do and how you have tried to achieve it?

I click the rename folders option, chose the rename option, move the folder and subfolders into the program, start the batch and I end up with 2 folders of each folder I am attempting to rename.
One folder has only a few subfolders with no files inside of the subfolders and another folder with subfolders with all the files originally in them.
How can I run the process without getting a duplicate?

You are probably doing something wrong - but unless you provide a specific, detailed example that we can try to replicate you will have to sort it out yourself!
