Help with a renaming method to change pattern

Hi all. I just accidentally deleted a renaming method I use regularly. I think I originally got it elsewhere, but I don't remember who came up with it for me. So I'm hoping someone here can help.

If I have the following book: Beth Merlin & Danielle Modafferi - The Magic of Us.epub and I want to find books like that, with & between author names, and have it make it: Beth Merlin, Danielle Modafferi - The Magic of Us.epub instead, can anyone help me with what to use for the renaming method? *sigh*

What I had before did it so it just changed the text before the dash. So if it were like: Beth Merlin - The Magic of Us & Them.epub for example, it wouldn't change the Us & Them to Us, Them.
