How to make list update as I use the scrollbar?

Since version 4, the list doesn't update when I use the scrollbar. Instead, it will stay in the current list view and update when I release the scrollbar. When I use my scroll wheel or the arrow keys, the list will update. Is there any way to get the scrollbar to update the list when I use it in version 4?

The last version that updates the list as I use the scrollbar is version 3.95.4.

Please turn on update continuously while scrolling mode again.
