Loss of "date taken" field for many - but not all - .jpg when adding files for renaming
I have a photo folder with .jpg, HEIC, .mov files.
Every file has a "date taken" field complete.
When trying to add to program i loose the "date taken" field for many, but not all .jpg files
Anyone solved this problem

Welcome!
First, make sure the Metadata settings are set to allow all the various types of metadata, esp image and document. See https://imgur.com/a/CrWFAWR
Then check to see if the data is present for that file by using the info tab. Also: https://imgur.com/a/CrWFAWR
Be sure to check all the groups as your PC/Mac and all the various files, can vary a lot.
If you still have a file that you think is not being read, contact Kim via email: https://www.advancedrenamer.com/support
And be prepared to send him a sample file.
Hope that helps,
Randy

Are you using the latest version? Older versions might not have support for HEIC and MOV files.
