Metadata from filemame ect...

I cannot seem to get the metadata to use any of the standard "Wildcard" info.
i.e. <Word 1> or <Exiftool:XXX> Can this ability to use tag info the same as the rest of the interface be added??

I don't understand any of that! Please explain exactly what you are trying to do - giving examples.
