Minor suggestions

Greetings,

I have 2 small suggestions:

1. Under Import Files from CSV the "Column for original filename:" input field defaults to 2. I think it should default to 1. Or at least it should remember the last setting.

2. Option to automatically replace special characters: ?:"*<>/\| with their valid Unicode equivalents: U+FF1F, U+FF1A, etc...

This should also automatically replace it even when importing from a CSV file.

There is a bug where the value of "Column for new filename" is saved in the field "Column for orignal filename". This bug will be fixed in version 4.12. Well spotted.
