Problem with

Iodays date is 14.june 2023

I want to rename a filke:
example.pdf
in
example 14.06.2023.pdf
I use <day>,<month>.<year>
and get

example 13.06.2023.pdf

Inoticed that after update 3.88 to 3.89
I
Do I something wrong or is this a bug??
