remove character before Capital Letter

How would I Remove a hyphen that preceeds every capital letter only?

This > Visiting-Team-Caught-Spying-n
To this > Visiting Team Caught Spying-n

Based on that one example, a simple "Replace" method should work. Set:

Replace:                     "\-([A-Z])"
Replace with:              " $1"
Occurrence:                All
Case sensitive            - checked
Use regular expressions  - checked
Apply to:                    Name

Note that the above values are case-sensitive. And copy+paste everything between the quotes but not the quotes themselves.
