Rename subtitle files to match video names

I have movie files all containing episode names like
Detective - ep61 - The Case.mkv
Detective - ep62 - The Nocturne.mkv

and subtitle files
61.srt
62.srt

How can I rename the subtitle files to match the movie files?
61.srt >> Detective - ep61 - The Case.srt
62.srt >> Detective - ep62 - The Nocturne.srt

I have 1000s of these and can't copy or type episode name 1 by 1.
Is it possible?
