Upgrade to 4.20
I just upgraded to the new 4.20 version from a paid version. But when opening AR I can't seem to open files. My rules appear to still be there. I even tried reloading the upgrade. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What OS version for starters?
Does drag and drop work?
Are the files on a network drive or some other kind of shortcut / Symbolic link?
Screenshots would be good. You can upload then to a service like imgur and link to them here.
